Big Bite Kitchen Owners, Dale and Julie Plante, purchased the Commissary Kitchen from Mr. Doug Bubb, which was formerly known as Hour Kitchen.
This kitchen has been operating as a Commissary Kitchen for over 12 years in Vancouver, Washington. Dale and Julie welcome all vendors to join them as part of their Big Bite Team!
